Franck Joly is a physician of Oriental Medicine and the creator of the highly novel and effective anti-aging face and body treatment, combining the very best that Western and Eastern medicines have to offer for true rejuvenation and healthy aging. The treatment was developed based on his intensive studies at the renowned Emperor’s College of TCM in Santa Monica, CA, where he holds a master’s degree in traditional oriental medicine and is a frequent guest lecturer. With a specialty in “Anti-aging Constitutional Cosmetic Acupuncture,” Franck has also completed fellowships with key doctors and authorities of Chinese medicine who are specialized in anti-aging at the Emperor’s College Clinic as well as at the Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center’s Integrative Medicine at Disney Family Cancer Center in Burbank, CA.
Franck is certified in “Advanced Constitutional Facial Acupuncture” and recognized by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine as a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine, a considerable professional achievement.
Franck Joly was born in France and initially studied international business before dedicating his career to medical aesthetics. He then moved to Cape Town, South Africa, where he met Dr. Des Fernandes, a world leader in plastic surgery who first described the method of percutaneous collagen induction and is also the founder of the medical-grade skin care system known as Environ®. Franck went on to become the head of the Environ® Treatment Center and led several multi-center clinical trials, run jointly in Cape Town and Japan. These trials enabled the development of the patented DF Device for low-frequency sonophoresis & iontophoresis, now a standard of care for dermatologists and plastic surgeons worldwide. During his research, Franck learned about percutaneous CIT (collagen induction therapy), a new and advanced skin treatment created by Dr. Fernandes that has gained popularity all over the world.
Franck moved to Los Angeles and developed the Environ® brand on the West Coast for 14 years, training hundreds of dermatologists and plastic surgeons and pioneering a new generation of medical skin care products and tools. He is currently a consultant for DermaConcepts, the exclusive US distributor of the Environ® products. As their medical master trainer, he offers training for plastic surgery and dermatology practices across the US. He also lectures regularly on anti-aging techniques at national and international plastic surgery and dermatology conferences.

“Growing up in France, I was fortunate enough to witness the very successful integration of Eastern medicine together with Western medicine. Because of this important merger and collaboration, acupuncture treatments are now offered in many of the top French hospitals.
I have always believed that the future of medicine lies in a symbiotic relationship between Eastern and Western medical practices. This belief motivated me to obtain my master’s in traditional Oriental medicine and to dedicate my career to its practice.
Today, I am excited to witness and be part of bringing this phenomenon to the United States and see the integrated treatments now offered at Cedars-Sinai and UCLA Medical Centers as perfect examples of my premonition becoming reality.
